Applications by the respondent Scenic Development LLC, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, May 8, 2013, to substitute Susan Hito Shapiro, as successor executor of the estate of Sonya Shapiro, and as the executor of the estate of Milton B. Shapiro, for the deceased appellant Milton B. Shapiro, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, Susan Hito Shapiro, as successor executor of the estate of Sonya Shapiro, and as the executor of the estate of Milton B. Shapiro, is substituted for the deceased appellant Milton B. Shapiro, and the caption is amended accordingly.
