DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants for leave to make a motion to stay enforcement of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 3, 2015, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and to stay enforcement of the order and judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to make a motion to stay enforcement of the order and judgment is denied without prejudice to renew upon obtaining a ruling from the United States Bankruptcy Court as to whether all proceedings are stayed pursuant to 11 USC § 362; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
