DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent Paul White, inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 1, 2014, and for poor person relief. Separate motion by the respondent John Cline Reservoir, LLC, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, the papers filed in opposition to the motion of the respondent Paul White, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation to the motion of the respondent John Cline Reservoir, LLC, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by the respondent Paul White which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 8, 2016, and the movant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by the respondent Paul White which is for poor person relief is denied as unnecessary, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by the respondent John Cline Reservoir, LLC, is granted, the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 8, 2016, and the movant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
