Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 14, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's pro se supplemental brief which was submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief is enlarged until March 10, 2016, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
