Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve the record and brief on the third-party defendant-respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 30, 2015. Separate application by the defendants-respondents and the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's application is granted and the appellant's time to serve the record and brief on the third-party defendant-respondent is enlarged until February 22, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of all the respondents to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until March 28, 2016, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
