Motion by the appellant pro se to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 2, 2015, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 27, 2014, for failure to timely perfect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and to waive the filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
