Motion by appellant, in effect, to vacate an order of this court dated June 15, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered February 13, 2015, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
