Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered May 22, 2015.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, appellant's time to perfect the appeal is here by enlarged and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before March 8, 2016.
