It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 7, 2015, insofar as it establishes a deadline for defendant-appellant to perfect its appeal, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 8, 2016, and inserting in its place the date March 14, 2016.
