Motion by the respondent Lynnview Construction Corp. to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 29, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondent Lynnview Construction Corp., to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 25, 2016, and that respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
