ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated January 27, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 4, 2014, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the words "a reply brief" and "the reply brief," and substituting therefor the words "their respective reply briefs," and "the reply briefs," respectively.
