| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioners to stay a certain "Temple General Election" pending hearing and determination of a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, in the nature of prohibition to prohibit the respondent Duane A. Hart, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Queens County, from any further involvement in certain actions and mandamus to compel that respondent to certify a general election held by that petitioner on November 23, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic, in light of the decision and judgment of this Court dated February 10, 2016, which denied the petition and dismissed the above-entitled proceeding.
