| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, in effect, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated January 8, 2016, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is denied as premature as the time to perfect the appeal does not expire until July 28, 2016.
