Motion by the appellant to extend his time to make a motion for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered February 19, 2014, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 18, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to make a motion for leave to reargue the appeal from the judgment rendered February 19, 2014, is extended until March 17, 2016.
