Motion by Dorothy K. F. on appeals from two judgments and an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, all dated August 17, 2015, to seal the record, which was sealed by the Supreme Court, Westchester County, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the record on appeal, the parties briefs, and the transcript of the in camera interview shall be filed under seal and shall remain sealed upon filing, and the appeals will be calendered after all of the briefs have been filed.
