Application by Georgia L. Mercer, as executor of the estate of David Mercer, and by respondent Howard Mercer, to substitute Georgia L. Mercer, as executor of the estate of David Mercer, for the deceased respondent David Mercer, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Georgia L. Mercer, as executor of the estate of David Mercer, is substituted for the deceased respondent David J. Mercer, and the caption is amended accordingly.
