Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered January 24, 2012, for the assignment of new counsel, to be provided with the transcripts of the proceedings, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
