Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 28, 2015, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including documentation establishing that her home is in foreclosure, the amount of money in her bank account, and an affidavit explaining why the funds in the bank account are unavailable to pay for appellate counsel.
