| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the objectant-appellant, in effect, to consolidate appeals from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated December 24, 2014, with an appeal from a decree of the same court dated June 18, 2015, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the decree, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record and a supplemental brief on the appeal from the decree.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the time to perfect the appeal from the decree is enlarged until April 4, 2016, and the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record and a supplemental brief on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before May 9, 2016, and the appellant may serve and file a supplemental reply brief on or before May 24, 2016.
