| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief addressing the issue of whether the County Court erred in denying that branch of the defendant's motion which was to introduce expert testimony on the issue of false confessions and the holding in People v Days (131 AD3d 972), on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered March 29, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, on or before March 18, 2016, the appellant may serve and file a supplemental brief addressing the issue of whether the County Court erred in denying that branch of the defendant's motion which was to introduce expert testimony on the issue of false confessions and the holding in People v Days (131 AD3d 972), the respondent's supplemental brief in response to the appellant's supplemental brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before April 18, 2016, and the appellant's supplemental reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before April 28, 2016.
