Motion by appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Greenburgh, Westchester County, rendered January 17, 2013, for leave to reargue his prior motion to strike the reply brief filed by his assigned counsel, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 14, 2016, and for other relief.
