| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 2, 2015, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal and separate motion by the appellants pro se to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal. Cross motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal for failure to certify the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
