| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated March 23, 2015, and April 30, 2015, respectively, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated April 30, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated March 23, 2015 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as superseded by the order dated April 30, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated April 30, 2015, is enlarged until March 28, 2016, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
