DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Application by the appellant for leave to make a renewed motion for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 12, 2013, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 18, 2015. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 21, 2015, the appellant's first motion for leave to reargue the appeal was denied. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 9, 2015, the appellant's first renewed motion for leave to reargue the appeal was denied. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 12, 2015, the appellant's second renewed motion for leave to reargue the appeal was denied and the appellant was precluded from making any further motions in this Court regarding the appeal from the order dated April 12, 2013, without prior written permission of this Court. The appellant has since made four applications for leave to file motions regarding the appeal from the order dated April 12, 2013, all of which have been denied.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appellant is precluded from making any further applications for leave to make motions in this Court regarding the appeal from the order dated April 12, 2013.
