Application by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 24, 2013, to enlarge the time to move in the Supreme Court, Queens County, to vacate his plea in accordance with a decision and order of this Court dated December 30, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of he application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant's time to make a motion to vacate his plea is enlarged until April 25, 2016.
