Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Cedarhurst, Nassau County, rendered February 11, 2015, for leave to reargue his prior motion to, among other thngs, strike the Justice Court's return, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 10, 2015, or, in the alternative, to expand the record on appeal to include appellant's CPL 30.30 motion papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
It is noted that the record on appeal includes appellant's CPL 30.30 motion papers.
