Motion by appellant on an appeal from a decision of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, dated May 8, 2015, to release the funds on deposit.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the District Court of Nassau County, First District, is directed to release the funds on deposit in this matter to Scott Hirsch, Esq., as counsel for appellant Zeki Imir, less any lawful fees, said funds to be distributed according to the agreement of the parties.
