Motion by appellants on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 25, 2015, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 26, 2015. Cross motion by respondent to vacate the stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that appellants' motion is granted and the stay is continued pending the determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent's cross motion is denied.
