| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondent County of Suffolk pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 10, 2015. Separate application by the respondent Sandstone Trucking Corp. for a 30-day enlargement of time to serve and file a brief on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application of the respondent County of Suffolk is granted to the extent that the time of the respondent County of Suffolk to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 22, 2016, the brief of the respondent County of Suffolk must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application of the respondent Sandstone Trucking Corp. is granted to the extent that the time of the respondent Sandstone Trucking Corp. to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 23, 2016, the brief of the respondent Sandstone Trucking Corp. must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
