Motion by the respondent-appellant Northern Westchester Hospital Center and separate motion by the appellants Ezriel Kornell and Kent Duffy, to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 4, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted and the trial of the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal.
