Respondent-respondent having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 6, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Lisa H. Blitman, Esq., dated January 20, 2016, and the affidavit of Troy Paris, sworn to January 20, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Lisa H. Blitman, Esq., 106 Bradford Parkway, Syracuse, New York 13224, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent-respondent herein and may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent-respondent submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before March 14, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
