Petitioner having moved to proceed without a brief, or for an extension of time to file and serve a brief, and to expedite this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on June 22, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Steven Anderson sworn to January 20, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as is seeks to proceed without a brief is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a brief is granted on condition that the brief is filed and served on or before April 18, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent's briefs shall be filed and served on or before May 23, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to expedite the proceeding is denied.
