Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a decree of the Onondaga County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on June 8, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Dante M. Scaccia, Esq., sworn to February 5, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Jennifer L. Alfieri, Esq., sworn to February 18, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 21, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 5, 2016, and inserting in its place the date April 5, 2016.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
