On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 19, 2016, in the above-entitled case on a motion by Paulino Veliz pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 27, 2014, is amended by (1) deleting from the caption thereof Ind. No. "14-00311," and substituting therefor Ind. No. "9602/12," and (2) deleting from the preamble thereof the date "July 25, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "August 27, 2014."
