| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants for leave to appeal to this Court from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 23, 2015, as denied the branch of their motion which was to compel the respondent to appear for an additional examination before trial and to respond to additional questions, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
