Motion by Juan Ramon Ramirez, administrator of the estate of Juan Ramirez, to be substituted for the deceased respondent, Juan Ramirez, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 5, 2013, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Juan Ramon Ramirez, administrator of the estate of Juan Ramirez, is substituted for the deceased respondent, Juan Ramirez, and the caption is amended accordingly.
