Motion by the petitioners-respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental record and petitioners-respondents' brief, as well as the objectant-appellant's reply brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 6, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioners-respondents' time to serve and file a supplemental record and brief is enlarged until April 4, 2016, and the supplemental record and petitioners-respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the objectant-appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 4, 2016, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
