DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 11, 2015, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 22, 2016, which, inter alia, directed that he perfect the appeal on or before February 1, 2016, and to enlarge the record to include the transcripts of certain proceedings in the Connecticut Superior Court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 22, 2016, is granted, the appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before March 15, 2016, the respondent and the attorney for the children shall serve and file their respective briefs, if any, on or before April 5, 2016, and the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before April 13, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record to include the transcripts of certain proceedings in the Connecticut Superior Court is denied.
