DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Carl Ragland from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered June 12, 2014, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 10, 2016. The appellant's motion for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 30, 2014, and the following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the appeal:

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that counsel previously assigned to represent the appellant is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in this action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
