Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent, Peter M. Forman, a Judge of the County Court, Dutchess County, denying the petitioner application to amend his pistol permit.
Upon the order to show cause, the petition, and the papers filed in support of the petition, it is
ORDERED that the petition is dismissed, for failure to provide proof of service in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
