| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered September 24, 2015, and October 20, 2015, respectively, and an order of the same court dated December 11, 2015, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that enforcement of the orders is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before April 4, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before April 4, 2016, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file her brief, if any, on or before April 25, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file his reply brief, if any, on or before May 2, 2016.
