Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of an order of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated December 29, 2015, as well as all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order as well as all proceedings in the above-entitled matter are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
