DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Gerald Martin from four orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, three entered September 30, 2015, and one entered November 12, 2015. By scheduling order dated January 4, 2016, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was enlarged until February 12, 2016. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.
