Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated July 23, 2015, August 5, 2015, and August 10, 2015, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the parties shall file 11 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged, and the appellant's briefs submitted to the Clerk of the Court are accepted for filing and deemed timely served.
