DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 15, 2014, and to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion and the application are granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged, and the appellant's appendix and the appellant's brief are accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 8, 2016, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
