DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated June 11, 2015, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated August 11, 2015, as modified by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 20, 2015 and extended by decision and order of this court dated December 10, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellant perfect the appeal by May 6, 2016 and continue to comply with the decision and order on motion of this court dated October 20, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
