| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 21, 2015, and to seal certain portions of the record and the parties' briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until April 26, 2016, the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date;
ORDERED that the appellants shall file a separate volume or volumes of the record containing the papers that were sealed by the Supreme Court, Rockland County, and that material, as well as the parties' briefs, shall be filed, under seal, and shall remain sealed upon filing.
