Application by the appellants Sunoco, Inc., S. Conduit Enterprises Corp., Zacharys Petroleum Corp., Merrick Newbridge Corporation, and S. Valley Stream, Inc., to withdraw an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 18, 2015.
Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties to the appeal dated March 3, 2016, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal by the appellants Sunoco, Inc., S. Conduit Enterprises Corp., Zacharys Petroleum Corp., Merrick Newbridge Corporation, and S. Valley Stream, Inc., is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
