Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated July 17, 2015, for leave to reargue her prior motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 29, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
