2015-05469 Dandra Graham, et al., plaintiffs-respondents, v Courtesy Transportation Services, Inc., et al., defendants-respondents, Westchester Ambulette Service, Inc., et al., appellants. (Index No. 506117/14)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendants-respondents to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 12, 2014, on the grounds that the order is not "an appealable paper" or that the record is inadequate, or, in the alternative, to enlarge of time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the plaintiff-respondents to enlarge of time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the defendants-respondents' motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief and the plaintiff-respondents' motion are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until April 11, 2016, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the defendants-respondents' motion is otherwise denied.
BALKIN, J.P., SGROI, DUFFY and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
